TekAIDA does not perform the advisory. We are not an investment bank and we do not hold ourselves out as one.
Sunny Basra is Executive Director, Capital Markets at The Post Oak Group, a Houston-based middle-market investment bank. Post Oak advises on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, private placements, growth financing and capital structure. Securities are offered through a registered broker-dealer, member FINRA/SIPC; Post Oak and the broker-dealer are separate entities.
What happens here is an introduction, a qualification conversation, and someone who understands your business staying involved as it moves through their process.
What the process looks like

| 5 | Execution. Post Oak manages the transaction end to end. |
Who this suits
Founders and owners who are serious, ready, and have a business that can withstand diligence. This is not a route for testing the water — a bank’s qualification process is thorough, and that is the point.
Who it does not
Pre-revenue ideas looking for a first cheque, anyone wanting an introduction without a process, and anyone who would rather not be asked hard questions about their numbers.
