Important notice

TekAIDA Consulting Ltd provides advisory, implementation and digital products. Nothing on this website or in our products is legal, regulatory, privacy, data-protection, cybersecurity, employment, financial, investment, accounting, tax, medical or other professional advice.

We make no compliance claim with any law, regulation or standard, and using our products does not make your organisation compliant with anything.

No guarantee of results. We promise no cost savings, revenue, productivity gains, time savings, compliance outcomes, job security, competitive advantage or return on investment.

AI output requires human review. Every AI system in general use can produce output that is confidently wrong, incomplete, out of date or invented.

Vendor neutrality. We name no vendors in our products and hold no affiliate arrangements. We make no claim about any platform’s capability, security, privacy, data handling, pricing or compliance posture.

Illustrative examples. Every worked example, filled worksheet, sample metric and named company in our products is invented for teaching and labelled as such.

TekAIDA Consulting Ltd is not an investment bank, broker-dealer or financial adviser, and provides no investment, securities, financial or legal advice. Nothing on this site is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security. Capital markets and M&A advisory services are provided solely by The Post Oak Group and, where applicable, through a registered broker-dealer. TekAIDA may receive a referral fee in connection with introductions.

Privacy

What we collect. If you contact us, the details you submit. If you buy a product, your purchase is processed by Whop, who handle payment and delivery under their own privacy policy — we do not receive or store your payment details.

What we do with it. Reply to you, deliver what you bought, and keep records we are required to keep. We do not sell your data.

Your rights. You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form and we will respond.

Analytics and cookies. We use Plausible Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets no cookies, collects no personal data, and does not track you across other websites, so there is no cookie banner. Pages with a checkout load Whop’s payment form, which is covered by Whop’s own privacy policy.

Terms of use

Licence. A purchase permits one purchaser to use and reproduce the product within their own organisation as their implementation requires. It may not be resold, redistributed, or used to create a derivative product.
