Startups & SMEs
For founders who have outgrown doing everything themselves and have not yet built the thing that replaces it.
What this actually is
A working relationship with someone who has operated inside startups for over a decade and now sits on the capital side — close enough to institutional money to know how it makes decisions, close enough to founders to remember how little of that is obvious from outside.
Not a retainer for advice you could get from a podcast. Specific work on specific constraints: the thing eating your week, the hire you are unsure about, the product decision you keep deferring, the operational drag you have normalised.
Where it tends to help
- Working out what to stop, which is usually harder than what to start
- Turning founder-held knowledge into a process someone else can run
- Getting operating leverage without adding headcount
- Deciding whether a technology actually applies, before spending on it
- Preparing a business so it is legible to investors or acquirers
How we work
Name the constraint before the tool. Most engagements start with someone describing a solution. We go back a step and describe the problem in writing first.
Keep accountability visible. Every decision gets a named owner and a review point. Work that belongs to everyone belongs to nobody.
Measure against something recorded before the change. Otherwise you are comparing today against a memory, and memory is generous.
Say when the answer is no. We would rather tell you in week one than month six.
Before you book a call
Run ANTI-AInxiety yourself. Thirty days, five documented decisions, $99. You will arrive at any conversation with real evidence instead of impressions — and you may find you did not need the conversation.
Think we should talk?
Tell us the constraint in a couple of sentences. If it is not something we can help with, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
