Our products exist to help you decide. This is the other half — when you know what should change, the work is real, and you need people who can build it and hand it over working.
TekAIDA Consulting is a software development practice as well as an advisory one. That means we can take a decision from a workbook and turn it into something running in your business, with the governance layer attached rather than bolted on afterwards.

How we will not work
We will not build something you have not decided on. If the constraint is not named and the owner is not identified, building is premature and expensive.
We will not remove the human from consequential decisions. Legal, financial, employment and safety judgement stay with a person who can answer for them. If that is not what you want, we are the wrong people.
We will not promise a number. We will help you record a baseline and measure against it honestly.
