The series
The 24-Hour AI Decision
One guide per trade, because generic advice is why most people in the trades ignore AI. Each one ends in a written, dated decision — including the decision not to bother.

Our products are operational starting points. They are not legal, regulatory, compliance, safety, licensing or professional advice, they make no compliance claim, and they promise no savings, revenue or return. Every worked example is invented and labelled.
Why one per trade
A general “AI for small business” guide does not work
The capture sheet in each edition is pre-populated with the work that trade actually does. The nine judgements are about that trade’s own paperwork. And the stop list names the things that carry that trade’s registration or licence — the things no tool can hold on your behalf.
That specificity is the product. It is also why the editions are not translations of one another: the regulations, the pay evidence and the bonus sections are different documents reaching different conclusions. Buy the one you work in.
What comes next
Three trades, and then we stop
There is no fourth trade queued, and that is deliberate. What we build after this comes from what these readers tell us about their own work — not from guessing at which trade sounds likely.
Every one of these workbooks names no tools, carries no claim about time or money saved, and treats “not yet” as a finished answer. If one of them talks you out of spending money, it worked.
